We’ve all been there - you find a flat share advert, the location is great, the rent is cheap and the pictures look good. Now all you have to do is meet the housemates, get along and everyone lives happily ever after! And then there’s the other scenario in which you turn up and realise very quickly that you have nothing in common and that it probably won’t work out. You’ve wasted an evening and now you have to start the process all over again. By coming along to Flat Night Fever you get to spend time speaking with many potential flatmates, all in one night. So you can find compatible flatmates before doing any viewings.

When you arrive you will see a Flatmate Host in a red T-shirt who will register you in to the event. You will be given some ‘contact me’ forms and a name badge. If you're one of the first 20 people to arrive you will also receive a FREE drink!

You are directed to your area of the room indicated clearly as North, South, East, West and Central London

Then the event begins. The people who have a room to rent wear an orange name badge and the people looking for a room wear a white name badge.

There is no formal organisation. People can speak to who they like, when they like and swap contact details using the forms provided.

After the event you get in contact with the people you have seen and arrange your viewings – it couldn’t be simpler!
